How website inquiries are handled.

Information you provide
Employer inquiries may include your name, work email, company, phone number, role, and notes. Talent network introductions may include your name, email, phone number, location, LinkedIn profile, role interests, and resume. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, identity documents, financial account details, or other sensitive identifiers.
How information is used
NextAlign Services uses employer inquiry information to respond to hiring requests and evaluate whether it can assist with a search. Talent network information is used to identify and discuss potential recruiting opportunities. Joining the talent network is not an application to an employer, and NextAlign will ask for permission before submitting a resume to an employer.
Curated opportunities
The opportunities page may link to public employer career pages for roles that NextAlign does not represent. Applying through those links sends information directly to the employer or its application provider under their own privacy practices. NextAlign does not receive those applications.
Website analytics
The website uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand page visits, referral sources, and general device and location information. Vercel provides this information in anonymized form and does not use cookies for Web Analytics.
Form delivery
The website uses FormSubmit to forward form entries and resume attachments to info@nextalignservices.com. FormSubmit processes the submitted fields and files to deliver the message. You may use the direct email link instead if you do not want to use the web form.
Sharing and retention
NextAlign Services does not sell submitted information. Information may be shared with service providers that operate the website and deliver messages, or when required by law. Recruiting information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for recruiting, communication, and recordkeeping.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete information you submitted, or ask NextAlign to stop contacting you, by emailing info@nextalignservices.com.
